Yes. CDL owner-operators operating under FMCSA authority must be enrolled in a DOT-compliant random drug and alcohol testing consortium. An owner-operator cannot manage their own random testing program by themselves.
goMDnow DOT consortium membership is $99.00 per year. Individual drug or alcohol tests are billed separately when selected or ordered.
Membership includes random pool enrollment, random selection management, testing notifications, compliance documentation, MRO oversight, and access to nationwide collection sites.
No. The annual consortium price covers enrollment and program management. Individual tests are billed separately when a driver is selected or when a test is ordered.
Yes. Small fleets can enroll one driver or many drivers. goMDnow supports owner-operators, small fleets, and larger employers nationwide.
Step 5 is the observed DOT Return-to-Duty drug test that occurs after the driver completes the SAP process and the SAP determines the driver is eligible for RTD testing.
goMDnow RTD Step 5 is $149.95 . This includes the observed urine drug test and required FMCSA Clearinghouse reporting. SAP evaluation and treatment services are not included.
Step 6 is the ongoing SAP-directed follow-up testing program after the driver completes the RTD test and returns to safety-sensitive work. The SAP determines the follow-up testing schedule.
goMDnow Step 6 Follow-Up Testing enrollment is $135. Individual follow-up tests are billed separately according to the SAP follow-up testing plan.
No. Step 6 begins after the driver has completed the SAP process and the RTD Step 5 test. If you are not sure which step you need, contact goMDnow before ordering.
Yes. When the RTD Step 5 process is ordered through goMDnow, required Clearinghouse reporting is included with the RTD service.
